Who is Jayworking?

Jamal Collins, known professionally as Jayworking, is a designer, educator, and social innovation leader who transformed five years of unemployment into a national movement serving 1,200+ underserved youth annually. He's been featured in The Guardian, NPR, and Scene Magazine, and is a recipient of the prestigious UCDA Foundation Krider Prize for Creativity. At 44, he founded Creative Kids Group, a design education program that teaches industry-standard creative skills to students as young as eight years old across seven Boys & Girls Club locations in Cleveland, Ohio.

At 54, he launched LeadFlowMation, an AI-powered marketing automation platform that helps businesses and nonprofits scale their community impact through strategic design and technology integration. Jamal currently serves as Professor of Design at Case Western Reserve University and operates LeadFlowMation as its founder, alternating between Cleveland classrooms and corporate boardrooms nationwide.
